- Task: Assess the risks of long-term lease of a 1,000 sq.m office space before signing the main agreement and payment
- Solution: Comprehensive Due Diligence was conducted, including technical, legal, and urban planning audit of the building and land plot, as well as analysis of the possibility of legalizing the property and using the adjacent territory
- Result: Critical risks were identified where the property was subject to demolition; the Client declined the deal, avoided litigation, and saved approximately $200K in potential losses
