  • Task: Assess the risks of long-term lease of office premises with an area of 1,000 sq.m before signing the main agreement and payment
  • Solution: A comprehensive Due Diligence was conducted, including technical, legal, and urban planning audit of the building and land plot, as well as analysis of the possibility of legalizing the property and using the adjacent territory
  • Result: Critical risks were identified under which the property was subject to demolition; the Client refused the deal, avoided legal proceedings, and saved approximately $200K in potential losses
